It was established in June of 2005 arising from the merger-split in the maritime activity of the Perez Torres Group. The company has its registered head office located in Marin, Spain. The company develops the following logistic activities: shipping agent, stevedores, storage, forwarding, chartering, and custom agents. It conducts its operation in its offices in the ports of Ribadeo, San Ciprian-Alcoa, Carino, Ferrol, La Caruna, Marin and Vigo. The company is the agent in Galicia for various shipping companies, providing regular services from the Iberian peninsula to the Balearic and Canary Islands for both Ro-Ro and container traffic. It also provides container shipping services worldwide.
